Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM

Join Our Team as a Soldering Technician!

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team in Temecula. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience soldering and working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), along with a strong commitment to quality and precision.

In this role, you will inspect and repair PCBs, perform soldering touch-ups, and ensure finished products meet established quality standards. Previous soldering experience is preferred, and on-the-job training will be provided on our specific processes and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for production quality.
• Perform soldering and touch-up repairs as needed.
• Identify and correct soldering defects and other PCB issues.
• Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform precise, detail-oriented work in a production environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience soldering circuit boards is preferred.
• Experience working with electronic components or PCBs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures.
