Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Bethlehem, PA

$17-$22

Monday to Friday

7am to 3:30pm Overtime available!


Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves building things from the ground up? We're looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you'll work with your hands every day-assembling mechanical parts, tackling precision wiring, and using standard tools to build quality products. If you bring a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and enjoy seeing a project come together, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble Components: Put together mechanical and electronic parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Complete Wiring Tasks: Route, wire, and connect electrical assemblies according to project specifications.
  • Operate Tools Safely: Use a variety of hand tools and small power tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, wire strippers, drills) safely and effectively.
  • Follow Build Plans: Accurately read and follow written instructions, schematics, and verbal team directions.
  • Support Production: Jump in on additional assembly, prep, or support tasks as needed to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Maintain Quality: Perform basic checks on your work to ensure every build meets our standards before moving to the next stage.

What We're Looking For In An Electro-Mechanical Assembler

  • Tool Experience: Hands-on experience working comfortably with basic hand and power tools.
  • Instructional Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and follow written build guides and visual diagrams.
  • Good Communication: Effective verbal and written English skills to collaborate smoothly with the team.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy and high quality in your assembly work.
  • Dependable: Strong punctuality and a reliable attendance record.
  • Adaptable: Flexibility to shift gears easily when production priorities change.
  • Team-Minded: Able to focus on independent bench work while contributing to broader team goals.
  • Bonus: Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus!
