Electro-Mechanical Tech

We have a client located in Leetsdale, PA seeking an Electro-Mechanical Tech. Job Duties: - Mechanical, electrical, and programming (PLC) skills - Conducts routine or scheduled inspections of machines and equipment - Assists with processes related to new product development and designs - Interpret manufacturing codes, quality documentation, blueprints, schematics, etc. - Work with Engineering to validate new products for commercial launch and modifications of established products - Assemble and inspect all installed and operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances, as well as troubleshoot for proper operation, programming as needed - Act as the primary inspector for sign off on systems products check sheets prior to the closing of production orders - Provide support to various internal departments to assist with product changes, BOM updates, completion of PDRs, cost estimates, evaluation and testing of RGA systems products, and the non-conformance process - Assist Product Management with customer source inspection and submittal of Quality documentation Job Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is preferred - Minimum 2+ years previous experience - Experience with hand tools, multi-meters and basic test equipment is required - Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics is required - SAP experience is a plus - Provide support to various internal departments to assist with product changes, BOM updates, completion of PDRs, cost estimates, evaluation and testing of RGA systems products, and the non-conformance process - Monitor in-process quality of manufacturing, as described by Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions - Accurately inspect productions orders - Lead the creation of factory acceptance testing procedures for new products - Prior experience in the fluid power or manufacturing industries By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
