Responsibilities of the EM Assembler II:
- Follow detailed written instructions for assembly operations using bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Utilize company-supplied hand and power tools to assemble and fabricate products.
- Construct electrical panels and boxes according to specifications.
- Ensure products are assembled per established process specifications.
- Collaborate with teams of 2-8 people during assembly tasks.
- High School diploma or GED; technical school experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good hand/eye coordination and mechanical dexterity; familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
