Electrician - at least 7 yr exp req
We are looking for an experienced electrician to install and repair residential existing electrical systems and remodels as well as stand-by generator installation. Your job would include working replacement of residential panels, outlets and fixtures, running new or repairing existing circuits.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical panels and sub-panels for proper function and to meet local code and insurance requirements
• Wire lighting, outlets, and other electrical fixtures for proper function
• Thread conduit ends and connect couplings and conduit fittings.
• Diagnose/troubleshoot electrical hazards or malfunctions and repair or replace components as needed.
• Set home stand by generators and run wiring needed to Transfer switch. Install and set up transfer switches.
• Perform home electrical inspections for proper function and code requirements and estimate repairs if needed.
• Generac install experience is a plus
• New construction experience is a plus

Skills

• Proven experience as an electrician
• Experience in residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Demonstrable ability to use power and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, conduit benders, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and local regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Valid Driver's License

7 years or more experience required.

Pay is based on experience.
