Electrical Superintendent

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee medium-sized project teams (6-15 members) primarily working on industrial, airport, and package handling projects. This role demands strong leadership to coordinate project activities, ensure safety compliance, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards. The superintendent will report to both the Project Manager and Operations Director, requiring frequent travel between sites to monitor progress and address challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Supervise and motivate project team members
• Manage and enforce safety protocols on-site
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor and control project budgets
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and management
• Identify and resolve project-related problems promptly
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2+ years experience as an electrical superintendent
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Knowledge of electrical systems and project management
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
• Understanding of safety protocols and budget management
• Experience with quality assurance processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
