Electrical Production Assembler

Job Description Job Description PROMAN Staffing is hiring an Electrical Production Assembler II for a growing manufacturing facility in the Houston 77095 area. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and production manufacturing environments. Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products and components
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
• Complete wiring, component installation, repairs, and rework as needed
• Conduct electrical and functional testing on assembled products
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate production records as required
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent electrical assembly, wiring, or production assembly experience
• Experience working with electrical currents, wiring, and electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Testing and troubleshooting experience
