Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians, apprentices, and field personnel while maintaining a safe, productive jobsite. Coordinate daily project activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and codes while working closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, architects, and general contractors. Maintain quality standards, enforce safety regulations, monitor project progress, and resolve field issues efficiently. Required Skills & Experience Current Connecticut Journeyman Electrician license (or higher). 5-10 years of commercial electrical construction experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), blueprint reading, construction sequencing, and jobsite coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% required. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with healthcare, institutional, life science, or mission-critical construction projects. Familiarity with MS Project, Trimble, ProjectSight, or similar construction management software. Why Join Us?
