We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a team of over 10 workers in delivering safe and high-quality electrical systems for our customers. This role involves overseeing complex control system projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and providing hands-on leadership to the electrical team. The Electrical Foreman will report directly to the Project Manager and may occasionally travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical installation and repair work
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex control systems
  • Install raceway, cable tray systems, and electrical fixtures
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety codes
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to a team of 10+ electricians
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical wiring and systems
  • Collaborate with project management and report progress regularly
  • Foster a safe and efficient working environment

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical work, including electrical installation
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated team leadership and supervision skills
  • Thorough knowledge of safety compliance and quality control standards
