Job Description Job Description About the Role: G Electric Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Electrician to join our growing team in Fishers, IN! Scope: The Foreman is responsible for handling manpower, materials, and scheduling for the all projects assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on electrical and solar projects which includes Rural Commercial, Industrial, Retail, some Residential.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and local regulations
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project timelines
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing OSHA safety standards
• Holds ultimate responsibility for project completion and budget

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical codes in Indiana
• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus
