Electrical Assembler

Job Description Job Description Location: Houston, TX 77095 Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour
PROMAN Staffing is hiring an Electrical Production Assembler II for a growing production facility in the Houston 77095 area. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing production, and the use of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately read a tape measure, make precise cuts, and perform assembly work according to specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products and components.
• Complete wiring, component installation, repairs, and rework as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure and make detailed cuts according to requirements.
• Conduct electrical and functional testing on assembled products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent electrical assembly, wiring, or production manufacturing experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical currents and wiring.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and make precise measurements and cuts.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
