EHS COORDINATOR
Salary: $70,000+ BOE
Full-Time Manufacturing

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain health and safety programs.
Conduct workplace safety assessments and recommend improvements.
Manage hazardous waste collection, storage, transportation, and disposal.
Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Provide employee safety training and education.
Maintain OSHA 300 Logs, training documentation, accident reports, and other required records.
Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 requirements.
Lead emergency response planning and initiatives.
Support ISO 14001 audits, corrective actions, policies, procedures, and certification requirements.
Track and report DART and TRC metrics.
Participate in Management Review Meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
5+ years of EHS/safety leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing.
CSP, ASP, or similar certification preferred.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001.
Experience with OSHA reporting and safety documentation.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of an organization.

Compensation: $70,000+ BOE
