Lead HR transformation initiatives as a Director of HR Integration at SLC Management. This contract role oversees the integration of HR digital platforms and requires strong project management skills. As a temporary full-time Director, you will coordinate multifaceted HR integration efforts for SLC Management. You will manage project milestones, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless transitions across the organization. A focus on HR processes, stakeholder collaboration, and data governance will be critical in this role, making a substantial impact on SLC's integration strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear milestones • Coordinate across HR, Technology, Payroll, and other teams • Create executive reports and dashboards for project status • Design HR process documentation and standardized guidance • Partner on employee data integration and system transition Requirements: • 8+ years in project management, ideally M&A integrations • Proven track record in managing complex HR transformations • Strong grasp of HRIS delivery and automation tools • Agile project management experience preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Utilize your expertise in project management and HR integration to drive significant organizational change at SLC Management.
