Director of Communications at NDT Global

Advance NDT Global's reputation as a leader in asset integrity solutions. We seek a Director of Communications & Reputation to shape corporate narrative and engage stakeholders effectively. As the Director, you'll report to the VP of Branding & Communications. Your role is critical in enhancing executive visibility and employee engagement while managing crisis communications and corporate reporting. You will craft strategic messaging and oversee both internal and external communications, fostering stakeholder trust and supporting long-term transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement NDT Global's communications strategy • Create leadership messaging and executive content • Strengthen employee engagement through internal communications • Direct external communication and media relations strategies • Lead crisis communication and reputation management frameworks Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field • Minimum 15 years of progressive corporate communications experience • Bilingual in English and French • Proven success in crisis communication and stakeholder engagement • Experience in industrial services or B2B environments Join NDT Global to make a significant impact on corporate reputation and stakeholder confidence.
