This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Key Responsibilities: Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in the homeSupervise field staffProvide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as neededSupport staff with clinical decision-making in the fieldParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and retention effortsCoordinate care among physicians, facilities, caregivers, and familiesParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings Key Requirements: RN license in the state of Pennsylvania At least two years of field experience in Home HealthBS degree preferredHome Health/Supervisory experience preferredCurrent driver's license and automobile insurance with availability of a car during working hours Compensation and Schedule: $70,000-$85,000/year, based on experienceFull-time, 8 am - 4:30 pm
