Design & Development

Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using CAD software for new and existing equipment.

Design and modify components and machines used in aerosol manufacturing.

Develop and refine products based on performance data, customer feedback, and testing results.

Build and support prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate new designs.

Automation & Controls

Define electrical component requirements for automated and VFD-controlled production lines.

Collaborate with programmers to develop PLC-based control systems that coordinate line operations.

Configure and support sensors, HMIs, and touchscreen interfaces for machine operators.

Supervise installation and in-house testing of electrical panels, HMIs, and PLC programs before customer release.

Testing & Quality

Conduct equipment testing and safety validation, including selected component testing.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and software-related issues.

Safety & Compliance

Familiarity with metalworking, machining technology, and machine tool technology.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues.

Willingness to travel for on-site customer installations, training, and support as needed.

Excellent written communication skills for producing technical documentation and manuals.
