  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Compensation Overview

  • 350K Potential
  • Base salary plus bonus.
  • Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K. Malpractice liability, annual association dues, and license fees.
  • Signing bonus including relocation assistance of $10,000.
  • PTO of 16 days.
  • 7 national holidays off.
  • Student Loan Repayment if Needed.
