Base: $46,800/Bonus $13,200

- Previous retail, convenience store, or food service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and daily store operations
- Basic computer skills, including POS systems, email, and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
