Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project milestones.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumbing Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fire sprinkler installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and regulations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification is required.
