Coax and Fiber Technician

The Coax and Fiber Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of coaxial and fiber-optic telecommunications equipment. This role requires daily travel to multiple residential and commercial sites, ensuring efficient service delivery while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. The technician serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support to meet their telecommunications needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain coaxial and fiber-optic telecommunications equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and service repairs to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards
• Coordinate with dispatch and other field teams to optimize service delivery
• Engage professionally with customers at residential and commercial locations
• Complete daily service installations efficiently while meeting quality goals
