CNC Programmer/SETUP - SWISS

CNC Programmer - Swiss Machines (Medical Devices) Join a leading medical device manufacturer on Long Island known for precision engineering and innovation. This is a high-impact role offering strong compensation and the opportunity to work with advanced multi-axis CNC technology. Key Responsibilities: Program and set up Swiss CNC machines (6-11 axis preferred) for new and existing projects Develop and optimize machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies Troubleshoot program and machine issues while maintaining efficiency and quality standards Train operators and support production teams to ensure successful part manufacturing Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of Swiss screw machine operation experience At least 2 years of CNC setup and programming experience (Swiss machines preferred) Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and strong math skills (geometry, algebra) Experience selecting tooling, reading prints, and supporting first-piece inspections Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with Tornos Deco machines Background in medical device or high-precision manufacturing Salary: $100K+ (based on experience, approx. 50 hours/week) Take your CNC programming career to the next level-apply today to work with cutting-edge technology in a growing industry!
