Position: Clinical Care LPN- 176064

Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27106

Hourly Rate: $37.17/hr.
Schedule: Full time 32-40 hours a week.

Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation.

Depending on the needs of the clinic, you can expect a shift to be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.

A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend.

This position also requires working on some major holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB, etc.)

Obtain and record vital signs

Provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on-site

Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout

Support clinic operations, including wait room management, appointment scheduling, reminder/outreach calls, and chaperone duties for sensitive exams

Required Qualifications

Experience administering immunizations, injections, & provide vaccine education

Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, ER, or related

Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use

Licensure & Education

Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license

Graduate of an approved/accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
