Title - Clinic LPN

Location - Lakewood, Colorado 80226

Duration - 4-month contract

Shift - Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm (40 hrs/week)

Pay is $2006/week

REQUIRED

• Current State Issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• 1+ yr as an LPN in a clinic or long term care setting with geriatrics experience
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications are required prior to hire. Acceptable vendors for certifications are from either American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross.
• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED

• Knowledge of medications used in the treatment of geriatrics
• Bi-lingual
