Job Summary:

Fastex Logistics is hiring experienced Class-A CDL OTR Drivers to join our fleet out of Orlando, FL. We specialize in open-deck freight across all 48 states. We offer percentage pay (up to 30% gross), brand-new trucks, reliable weekly pay, and full 24/7 in-house dispatch support.

Pay & Benefits:

• Percentage Pay: Up to 30% of Gross Load Income
• Tarp, Detention, & Layover Pay: Included in percentage earnings
• Weekly Home Time Option: 3 weeks out / 1 week home schedule
• Inspection Bonuses: Extra cash for passed DOT inspections
• Weekly Direct Deposit: Consistent, on-time weekly pay
• 24/7 In-House Support: On-site terminal and maintenance shop in Orlando, FL

Equipment:

• Brand-new models (Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, Western Star)
• Trailers: Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga, RGN, and Reefer

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailer on 48-state OTR routes
• Properly secure, chain, strap, and tarp open-deck loads according to DOT standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain clean ELD logs and clear communication with dispatch

Qualifications:

• Valid Class-A CDL and current DOT Medical Card
• Verifiable Class-A CDL OTR driving experience
• Verifiable open-deck / flatbed securement experience
• Clean MVR and PSP record (no major moving violations)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen
