Chemical Operator

We are seeking a Chemical operator in Irwin, PA to support the production, mixing, and packaging of polymer-based products Key Duties: Set up, operate, monitor, shut down, and clean production equipment in accordance with work orders and process specifications. Load raw materials into production equipment and unload, package, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform general production activities, including machine loading/unloading and material handling. Follow production schedules to meet quality, productivity, and delivery requirements. Perform Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) flow quality testing for base materials and finished media. Understand key process variables and their impact on product quality and production yield. Work with appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production or media performance issues. Monitor designated raw material inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when replenishment is required. Education & Experience High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent required. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use small hand tools. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to understand and follow ISO procedures and quality standards. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
