Chemical Operator Responsibilities: Monitor and operate process equipment by recording temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and tank levels while maintaining accurate operating logs and documenting process adjustments Safely transfer materials between railcars, storage tanks, ISO containers, and process equipment, ensuring all operations comply with environmental, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate and monitor pumps, compressors, control systems, and other process equipment to maintain efficient unit performance, while learning the operation and maintenance of boiler and chiller systems Collect product samples, support process optimization through control board operations, and successfully complete required apprenticeship training and testing Required Skills & Experience: HS diploma or GED Previous experience working in a similar environment Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts Knowledge of pressure, flow, temperature, pressure gauges, etc. Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
