What You ll Do

• Administer anesthesia for general and neurosurgical procedures in a hospital setting
• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients, including spinal and infiltration anesthesia
• Monitor respiratory and neurological status throughout perioperative care
• Manage ventilation, airway management, and respond to emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
• Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols
• Contribute to a busy surgical unit performing approximately 50 cases daily
• Operate within a Level II Trauma Center environment, supporting varied case types

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Certification as a CRNA with supervised experience in general surgical and neurosurgical cases
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred)
• Ability to manage anesthesia for diverse patient demographics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
