Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Spokane, WA Inpatient Surgical Coverage

  • Shift: Variable shifts; minimum 3 shifts/week, 8/10/12 hours depending on procedures
  • Hours per Week: 40+ hours; OT after 40 hours/week

  • Licensing: Active CA or WA license (any license status accepted)
  • Certifications: DEA required; BC in CRNA or equivalent
  • Experience: Trauma experience preferred, high acuity surgical setting experience required

What You ll Do:
  • Provide anesthesia services for inpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Manage anesthesia care from pre-op assessment through post-anesthesia recovery
  • Assist with high acuity, trauma, and complex cases requiring advanced anesthetic techniques
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of anesthesia care
  • Potentially work at satellite Holy Family facility (15-minute commute) for some shifts

What You Need:
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in Washington or other states (any license status accepted)
  • Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Top-tier trauma and high-acuity procedure experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a leading healthcare facility in Spokane, WA. The facility provides high-volume, high-acuity surgical services. Your expertise in trauma and complex anesthesia care will be essential to delivering quality patient outcomes. No guaranteed hours, but consistent full-time schedules with the opportunity for overtime. Providers may be scheduled at Holy Family hospital, just 15 minutes away. The role demands flexibility and dedication to ongoing, full-time coverage.
