- Provide anesthesia support for surgeries including general, neuro, orthopedic, trauma, OB, and cardiac procedures
- Support a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, CAAs, and perioperative staff
- Manage anesthesia for adult patients in a Level I trauma hospital setting
- Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR for documentation and planning
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Comply with all hospital policies and trauma level requirements
- Missouri State RN Anesthetist License
- NCCAA Certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience, with Level I trauma experience required
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and support rotating shifts
