What You ll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures including pediatric and adult patients
• Perform spinal and infiltration anesthesia as needed for various surgeries
• Monitor respiratory and neurological status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Manage ventilation and airway, including intubation if required
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a hospital setting
• Respond to emergencies and support patient safety throughout procedures
• Contribute to a team handling approximately 50 surgical cases daily
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols

What You Need:

• MI RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 1-year anesthesia experience preferred
• Key skills: patient monitoring, airway management, teamwork, adaptability
• No specific certifications other than licensure and certification required
