What You ll Do:
- Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures including pediatric and adult patients
- Perform spinal and infiltration anesthesia as needed for various surgeries
- Monitor respiratory and neurological status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
- Manage ventilation and airway, including intubation if required
- Maintain comprehensive documentation using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a hospital setting
- Respond to emergencies and support patient safety throughout procedures
- Contribute to a team handling approximately 50 surgical cases daily
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols
What You Need:
- MI RN license and CRNA certification
- Minimum 1-year anesthesia experience preferred
- Key skills: patient monitoring, airway management, teamwork, adaptability
- No specific certifications other than licensure and certification required
