What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia services and be available for on-call coverage (night and weekend shifts)
• Conduct assessments and prepare patients for procedures
• Respond promptly to on-call emergencies and provide anesthesia support
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Support long weekends or night shifts in a flexible manner
• Travel to and from the facility as needed, with lodging provided for weekend on-call hours

What You Need
Required:

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred, but flexible for qualified candidates
• Ability to be on call, respond promptly, and work independently

Preferred:

• Flexibility for PRN coverage and weekend shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
