About the PositionOur client is seeking CDL A team drivers for dedicated regional dry van routes based in La Porte, Indiana. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and home time every weekend while serving destinations throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
Pay & Schedule- Pay: $105,000 per year per driver
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Home Time: Home weekly, including weekends
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Team Position: Drivers operate as part of a two-driver team
- Route Type: Regional dedicated routes
- Operating Area: Midwest and East Coast
- Freight: Dry van freight
- Equipment: Class A dry van trailers
- Freight Handling: Light touch
- Safely operate dry van equipment on regional routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Experience operating Class A trailers.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
