Position: CDL-A Team Driver
Employment Type: Full-Time
Route: OTR / Interstate
Equipment: Sleeper Tractor
Pay: $0.90/Mile or 30% from Gross

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Team Drivers to operate as a dedicated driving team. Team drivers will share one tractor, coordinate driving and rest periods, and work together to keep freight moving safely and efficiently across interstate routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer as part of a two-driver team.
• Complete OTR and interstate freight deliveries according to assigned schedules.
• Coordinate driving, sleeping, fueling, inspections, and rest periods with your co-driver.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with Hours-of-Service regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure and protect cargo according to company requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, shippers, receivers, and customers.
• Provide timely updates on load status, delays, traffic, weather, and other issues.
• Maintain the truck and report mechanical problems promptly.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company safety, and operating procedures.
• Work cooperatively with your co-driver to maintain a safe and productive operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Ability to pass required drug and alcohol screening.
• OTR driving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable spending extended periods on the road.
• Must be willing to operate as part of a two-driver team.
