About the Position

TransForce is seeking a professional CDL A Driver to support local shuttle operations based in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. This position offers steady work, home-daily routes, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $300 per day
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Day shuttle start: 6:30 a.m.
• Night shuttle start: 8:00 p.m.
• Daily schedule: Approximately 8 to 10 hours, depending on the route
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm
• Anticipated start date: September 8, 2026

Job Details

• Route: Shuttle loop from Harrodsburg, Kentucky, to Middletown, Ohio
• Freight: Plant shuttle operations

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
