- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
- Active Arizona DEA
- Experience performing cardiac electrophysiology procedures independently
- Proficiency with the Abbott EnSite X Mapping System
- Documentation of at least 100 electrophysiology cases within the past two years, with emphasis on ablations
- Adult patient population
- Mixed inpatient and outpatient practice
- Cardiac electrophysiology procedures including ablations
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Independent moderate sedation
- Cerner electronic medical record
