Job description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business development opportunities by calling on Healthcare professionals to build a new patient referral base. This role will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with existing referring physicians through a variety of methods including virtual connections, digital platforms and in person appointments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and execute well-developed business plans.
- Utilize reporting tools to track calls, maintain contacts, opportunities, and targets.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities to effectively generate leads.
- Drive awareness and understanding of PCC (pain care Clinics), and educate physicians on ideal patient
- Schedule sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Translate the clinical benefits of PCC services to healthcare providers and potential referral sources. This could include but is not limited to; community networking opportunities such as tradeshows, CHE's, journal clubs and rounds.
- Establish strong sales relationships with physicians and other HCPs to successfully increase market share.
- Independently manage your territory to ensure reach and frequency of targets are being met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Provide timely updates to key stakeholders on territory activities, challenges, and opportunities
- Actively participate in regular team meetings to share success stories, discuss selling strategies, identify coaching and mentorship opportunities, and connect and communicate with peers.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, market/industry trends, regulatory changes, competition, and customers.
- Adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines and Company policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- You are a solid communicator, with both excellent written and oral skills.
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a life science or business discipline or a health professional background.
- Minimum of 4 years medical sales experience is required.
- Previous experience in direct field sales, preferably in medical products or healthcare services.
- Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Completion of industry sales education and/or training is an asset.
- This position will be field based and will require a valid driver's license.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
