About the Position

Our client is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to deliver and handle event equipment on local routes. This on-site, temp-to-perm opportunity offers home-daily routes, weekly pay, benefits, and support from the TransForce team.

Pay & Schedule

• $23 per hour
• Estimated weekly gross pay of $1,100
• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, with some weekend work
• First shift, with some evening events during peak season
• Home daily
• Temp-to-perm employment

Job Details

• Freight: Tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment
• Equipment: Automatic 22-foot to 26-foot box truck
• Handling: Heavy touch freight; load and unload equipment by hand with assistance from the crew

Key Responsibilities

• Drive an automatic 22-foot to 26-foot box truck on local routes.
• Transport event equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload equipment by hand with assistance from the crew.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Box truck driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
