Blow Mold Machine Operator - Entry Level

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Blow Mold Machine Operator paying $15 per hour with 3rd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates plastic blow molding machine.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Visually inspect parts, measure using calipers and micrometers or other gauges.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Fill out proper documentation with results.
• Packs pieces into boxes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plastics (blow molding injection)
• Must be able to read calipers.
• Controls and Instrumentation, Manufacturing Experience, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Judgment
