Our client, a leading organization in the business process management sector, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist remote

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiting Specialist remote

Location: Toronto, ON/ Ottawa On

Pay Range: CAD 24/hr

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates effectively and efficiently.
• Send emails and texts to applicants during the onboarding process to prepare them for their first day.
• Follow up with candidates through calls, texts, and emails to address questions and provide updates.
• Respond accurately and professionally to candidate inquiries, explaining the hiring process and role expectations.
• Complete the end-to-end hiring process in Workday, including extending offers and updating client systems with relevant notes and outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Fluent in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
• Experience working with HR systems/tools such as Workday is considered an asset.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
