As a Recruiter, you will be a vital part of the Eco-Staff team, responsible for attracting and identifying the best talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews between candidates
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes to identify the best matches for open roles
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in interview techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
