Job Description Job Description About the Role: True Care Mental Health Clinic LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Newark, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish (or other designated language)
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and support services
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Connect clients with community resources, referrals, and support networks as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
• Active NJ licensure or license-eligibility (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, or equivalent)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other language serving the local community)
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health or behavioral health setting
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Culturally competent and sensitive to the needs of diverse, underserved populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
