You'll work Monday-Friday with no weekends, service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, and have the opportunity to earn more as your skills and production grow.

Earning Potential

B-Level Technician

• $55,000-$85,000+ annually
• 3+ years of professional experience

A-Level Technician

• $75,000-$120,000+ annually
• 5+ years of experience preferred

Pay Structure

• $17/hour guaranteed base
• Approximately $38-$50 per flagged hour based on experience and productivity
• Performance bonuses
• Expected production of approximately 30-40+ billed hours per week

What You'll Do

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs
• Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections
• Repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Mentor less experienced technicians as appropriate
• Complete efficient, quality repairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Ability to complete repairs independently
• Own professional automotive tools
• ASE Certifications preferred
• A-Level candidates with 5+ years of experience preferred
