Job description:
  • Handle cases throughout the litigation process with supervision
  • Meet with clients to discuss legal issues and devise litigation strategies
  • Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with clients
  • Draft motions and other legal papers
  • Conduct discovery and take depositions
  • Attend hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions and papers
  • Conduct hearings and trials as required
  • Assist clients with executing settlement agreements
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience in civil litigation
  • Experience with motion practice essential
