Assistant Project Manager with Retail Storage Program

IT Systems That Will Be Used: Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Oracle
Contractor must have a computer, cell phone, and access to reliable high-speed internet.
Hourly rate 45.00 on 40 hours work week

Assistant Project Manager
Interview Process: interview with small group of team members; perhaps initial phone screening if high volume of quality candidates

Must have:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• The team does a lot of work within Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience using databases and data processing (Asana, Salesforce for incentive application intake, Oracle for contract management).
• Need a great attention to detail and organizational/multi-tasking skills as the environment can be fast paced.
• Need to feel comfortable asking the question "why?" and really look closely for inefficiencies and how to do things more effectively/efficiently.

Preferred: I ndustry exposure, knowledge of the programs themselves (e.g., Retail Storage Program) and the different utilities in NYS

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy on data entry across multiple systems.
• Will spend a lot of time on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reviewing processes, documenting processes in Salesforce, looking at how we document review of project milestones etc. for various programs.
• Currently busy time of year for project modifications, application reviews, award letters.
• Things slightly slow down in winter months as contractors' projects slow due to weather.
