Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble cable and wire harness products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Job Duties

• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electronic components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production work orders.
• Use hand tools, crimping tools, wire strippers, cutters, and other assembly equipment.
• Perform soldering, crimping, routing, and bundling of wires and cables.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform continuity and functional testing on finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Frequently perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to distinguish colors for wire identification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
