Job description
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team for both first and third shift, working a four-day schedule. This role involves assembly of components and subassemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of interpreting technical drawings and production documents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment.
- Follow production documents and work instructions meticulously to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct mechanical assembly tasks including soldering, machining, and the use of specialized tools.
- Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve workflow processes.
First Shift Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday $16.50 per hour
Second Shift Hours: 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday $17.00 per hour
Overtime as needed
