A fast-growing telecommunications manufacturing company in Plano hiring Industrial Electrical Control Enclosure Assemblers. No previous experience is required. We provide training for candidates who are dependable, willing to learn, and work well with a team.

Location: Plano, TX
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: Shift-dependent ON PREFERENCE AND AVAILABILITY
Experience: Entry Level-Training Provided

What You'll Do

• Assemble industrial electrical control enclosures.
• Mount rails, transformers, relays, terminal blocks, and other components.
• Use hand tools and power tools.
• Cut, strip, route, and connect point-to-point wiring.
• Route wires neatly for safe and reliable operation.
• Tag wires, cables, and terminal blocks according to blueprints.
• Follow instructions, blueprints, and industrial control standards.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates welcome, training is provided!
• Reliable and punctual.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and learn new skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and twist throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes are required!
• Must follow all required PPE and workplace safety rules.
