Pallet Assembly Team Members - Hiring Immediately!

Marathon Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join a Pallet Assembly Line at a leading lumber manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

• 1st Shift 7:00am-5:30pm

• Monday-Friday some Saturday 40-50 hours per week

• Starting at $18 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in Construction, Landscaping, or Woodworking: A background in woodworking within a warehouse environment is required, and hands-on experience in construction and/or landscaping is strongly preferred and must be clearly reflected on the resume.

• Hand Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools commonly used in construction and landscaping trades to complete assembly processes.

• Safety & Awareness: Ability to work safely, maintain situational awareness, identify area safety issues, and notice equipment malfunctions.

• Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of following specific instructions and directions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets according to quality and production standards.

• Operate nail guns, pneumatic tools, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Inspect and stack completed pallets.

• Label, band, or wrap finished products as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
