Job Title: Assembler
Type of Role: Temp to Hire
Shift / Hours: 1st/ 2nd Shift
Location: Kenosha, WI
Hourly Range: $18.72/hr


Summary of position:

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, which may vary from sitting to standing, moving line to stationary, with very light to medium weigh components.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation and cable harnessing on assembly units.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Inspect product using established quality criteria.
Follow detailed color-coded instructions to perform intricate installation, hand soldering, wiring, harnessing and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other types of electronic assemblies.
Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
Experience is helpful, but not required
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is necessary
Must be able to lift 25-30 pounds
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
