Role Overview

We are seeking Assembler I professionals to join the manufacturing team of a leading medical technology organization in Menlo Park, CA.

This is an entry-level manufacturing opportunity ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with tools, and interested in building experience in a structured production environment. No prior experience is required; candidates will work under established procedures and receive guidance while learning manufacturing and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
• Work from visual aids, diagrams, schematics, layouts, process flow sheets, and written or verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws as required.
• Perform continuity checks on work-in-process and completed assemblies.
• Conduct basic quality inspections in accordance with established specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototype or experimental assemblies when required.
• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing equipment as assigned.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow established manufacturing procedures.
• Support packaging, inventory, shipping, receiving, storage, or other production-related activities as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented production environment.
• Comfortable learning to use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
• Ability to perform routine production and assembly tasks while maintaining established quality standards.
